My recipe for home made pizza

There’s nothing like home made fresh food … your house smells of all the spices and flavors that go into our casserole or come out of your oven. When my husband bought me a Kitchen Aid for my birthday last March, I didn’t really know what to do with it. Honestly, I didn’t, don’t laugh 🙂 But then he started making bread with it and a whole new world of possibilities opened up. And I made my first home made pizza.

Pizza is so easy to make, I had no idea. And you can top it off with anything you have laying around! You just need a few basics laying around – and then you can indulge in any cravings you have with freshly made pizza. It takes no more than 30 minutes. I promise!

Recipe: blueberry pancakes

This weekend, I made brunch for the first time. As ever, I made way too much, but what I made was incredibly good. Plus, it’s quick and easy to make. Brunch will become a more regular theme now in our home!

I love pancakes, our Belgian pancakes, where you can find my recipe here: Recipe: pancakes! But yesterday, I tried the American style pancakes: the big and fluffy ones. It’s so easy to make! This recipe is with blueberries, but you can make them with any type of fruit you want to add! Or nothing and smother them in maple syrup.
